Parking is available in the nursery school lot adjacent to the theatre weeknights after 6 p.m. and on weekends.

1) is my ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you realize you can't attend the show for the date you purchased, your ticket is transferrable to a friend, family member, or even a complete stranger. As long as they can give your name at will call, it's all good.
2) is my ticket refundable?
No, we are unable to give refunds. However, we understand that might make you sad so perhaps consider giving your ticket to a friend as a gift? They’ll feel so loved/awesome/amazing because you thought of them… And we’ll both feel a little better about you not being able to attend the show. If you choose to give your ticket away to a lucky individual for any reason, please read 1) above.
3) Can I update my info on my ticket order if I need to?
Going deep undercover? Working for a secret organization? Theatre critic? How exciting!
You can absolutely update your information. You have the power! The easiest way would be to log in directly to the Eventbrite site using the instructions below. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of things.
Instructions: You can update information (such as name, email address etc.) by clicking your order on the “Tickets” page. If you don't see an “Edit” link after selecting your order, the attendees’ ability to change order information has been disabled for some odd reason. If that happens, you can send a message to us by clicking “Contact” at the bottom of the event listing and we'll be in touch.
If you happened to enter a typo in your email (it happens to the best of us even if we don’t want to admit it), you can log in with the typo’d email address and password to update your email address to the correct spelling on your Eventbrite account. However, if you don't recall the typo’d email address, you’ll have to reach out to us directly to request an update to the information on your purchase. And then we’ll know you entered a typo. We won’t laugh. Promise.
4) Do I have to bring my printed ticket with me to the show?
Although it does make things easier, we totally understand things get lost, misplaced… or forgotten. Like lines. Not that we’ve ever forgotten our lines. Ahem. Just present your ID at will call and we’ll take care of things.
5) The name on the ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. Please read number 1).
